Case study

## Context and goal

### Context

Unibaby is Sanipak’s brand focused on mother and baby care. Its range runs from wet wipes to bath, care and cleaning products, and it also sells directly through its own website. For parents, finding the right product quickly and buying it with confidence is what matters, so the brand wanted to rebuild its web experience around that need.

### Challenge and goal

We needed to present a broad range without making it feel complicated, and to give a smooth experience to parents who often shop on their phones in short windows of time. Our goal was to organise product discovery around needs, bring reassuring information forward on product pages and simplify every step from basket to checkout.

Approach

## What we did

### User journey and information architecture

We made products findable both by type (wipes, bath and care, cleaning) and by stage, from pregnancy through to the active toddler years; menus and search follow the same logic.

### Mobile-first interface

We designed the screens for the phone first: touch targets, product cards and basket access are all built to be comfortable with one hand.

### Product page templates

By settling the order of content, usage information and trust signals, we created reusable page templates for every product.

### Design system and build

We gathered colour, typography and components into a single library; the site was built on it, and new pages can be added in the same language.

Output

## Deliverables and outcome

### Deliverables

- Information architecture and sitemap
- Mobile and desktop interface designs
- Product and category page templates
- Component library and design system
- Purchase flow improvements
- The launched website

### Outcome

Unibaby’s website now presents the range around the parent’s question: whatever they are looking for is a few taps away. Because the interface and brand language come from the same system, the site feels consistent, and the team can add new product and campaign pages without designing from scratch. The component library also provides a shared foundation for future mobile and campaign surfaces.
