About Globalmeta
01What is Globalmeta?
Globalmeta is an AI-native digital experience studio and agency founded in Istanbul in 2024, building strategy, design, technology and AI products within a single team. It runs digital ecosystem, creative strategy, visual identity, mobile experience, performance marketing, advanced analytics, event experience and enterprise AI projects for brands, and the same team develops its own product family, hubApps.
02Is Globalmeta an agency or a studio?
Both. We run client projects end to end like an agency, from strategy to launch, and we design and build our own software products like a studio. This lets us test the methods we use in client work on our own products, and bring what we learn while building products back into client projects.
03When and where was Globalmeta founded?
Globalmeta was founded in Istanbul in 2024. Our office is at Monumento Plaza in Kartal (Floor 15, 34870 Kartal, Istanbul, Türkiye). We run projects in Turkish and English and also work remotely with clients outside Türkiye. Since then we have grown strategy, design, technology and AI capabilities under one roof.
04What is hubApps?
hubApps is Globalmeta’s own family of four software products. workHub is a team operations system that connects clients, projects, effort and invoices in one record. helloHub is communication infrastructure that brings the WhatsApp Business API into one panel. shareHub turns Word, PDF, Excel, HTML and Markdown files into live links that stay current. HubAI is an assistant that answers on WhatsApp with a business’s own information. See the hubApps page for details.
05How do you price your work?
We do not sell fixed packages; scope sets the price. After the first conversation we split the work into phases and prepare a proposal showing what each phase delivers, how long it takes and what it costs. The budget is driven by the number and complexity of workstreams, languages and markets, integrations and the timeline. Third-party costs such as media spend, licences and infrastructure usage are shown as separate items.
06Do you work on a project basis or on a retainer?
We use three models. Work with a clear start and end (a website, a visual identity, an analytics implementation) is project-based; work that needs ongoing management (performance campaigns, optimisation, maintenance) runs on a monthly retainer. Where uncertainty is high, especially in AI solutions, we start with a limited-scope pilot phase. Many clients start with a project and move to a retainer after launch.
07Who owns the intellectual property, source code and ad accounts?
The intellectual property rights, source code and source design files of work that has been delivered and paid for are transferred to the client; the details are set out in the contract. We open ad, analytics and tag-management accounts in the client’s own name or join existing accounts as authorised users, so the accounts and the data always belong to the client. Third-party licences such as fonts, images and software follow their own licence terms.
08Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Every project’s delivery plan includes a post-launch check and fix step. After that, a monthly support or retainer agreement can cover maintenance, updates, performance monitoring and improvement, with scope and response times defined in the contract. For clients who want to run the system with their own team, we leave training and documentation.
09Do you use AI in your production work?
Yes. We use AI tools for research, drafting, code development, testing and analysis; this is a core part of being an AI-native studio. Our team reviews every output and final decisions stay with people. We process client data only with tools that meet the contract and privacy requirements, and we do not share confidential information with services that may use it for model training.
10Can you work alongside our current agency?
Yes, and it is a common set-up. For example, while another agency runs creative or media, we can take on the digital infrastructure, analytics or AI side. At the start we clarify responsibilities, decision owners, access to shared accounts and the reporting rhythm, so both teams work towards the same goal.
General questions
01What kind of services does Globalmeta offer?
We work across eight services: digital ecosystems, creative strategy, visual identity, mobile experience, performance marketing, advanced analytics, event experiences and AI-native system design and solutions. We also develop the hubApps product family: workHub, helloHub, shareHub and HubAI. Services can be engaged separately or together.
02How can I get in touch?
The fastest way is a short email to hello@globalmeta.net describing your project, your goal and any timeline you have. You can also call us on +90 850 330 10 10. We review your message, get back to you and, if it is a fit, arrange a discovery call.
03How does the project process start?
The process starts with a discovery call. In that conversation we discuss your business goal, current set-up, bottlenecks and what is critical in the first phase. We then prepare a proposal showing scope, phases, timeline and cost. Once it is approved, we begin with a discovery and analysis phase and usually present the first tangible deliverable within a few weeks.
04Which industries do you serve?
We have experience across technology and telecoms, retail, healthcare, finance, media, automotive and public institutions, among others. We have worked with brands such as D-Smart, Eczacıbaşı, Gratis and TOFAŞ FIAT. Sector knowledge matters, but we build our approach around the business problem to be solved rather than the sector.
05Do you take on international projects?
Yes. We work in Turkish and English and collaborate remotely with clients outside Türkiye. We have experience with multilingual web structures, campaigns opening new markets and projects run with international teams. Meetings, reporting and documentation are run in the language the client prefers.
Digital Ecosystems
01What is a digital ecosystem?
A digital ecosystem is not a single site or campaign, but the operational structure where all digital touchpoints work together. The website, CMS, content model, form and CRM integrations, measurement layer and internal linking are all part of it. For a fuller definition, see digital ecosystem in our glossary.
02What technologies do you use?
We choose technology based on what the project needs. On the web we mostly work with modern frameworks such as Next.js and React, Node.js-based services and headless or traditional CMSs as required, with cloud hosting and a CDN. If your current stack does the job, we do not recommend replacing it just to use newer technology.
03How does the project process work?
The process starts with discovery and infrastructure analysis; this phase usually takes 2–3 weeks and ends with an architecture decision set. It is followed by information architecture and design, development and content migration, pre-launch QA and post-launch optimisation. Mid-sized corporate sites usually go live within 3–5 months.
04Can you integrate with my existing systems?
Yes. We build integrations over APIs with CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce, form and email tools, payment systems, ERP and analytics tools. During discovery we decide which integrations are essential in the first phase and which can wait, and we do not rewrite connections that already work.
Creative Strategy
01Why is creative strategy important?
Creative strategy matters because it makes a brand tell the same value story in ads, on social media, on its website and in sales decks. When the message is scattered, people do not know what to believe, every campaign starts from scratch and budget is spent inefficiently. A clear messaging hierarchy and offer framework speed up production and support conversion.
02How does the strategy process begin?
It begins with an audit of your current messaging: what the brand says, what competitors say, and which problem and objections shape your audience’s decision. This audit usually takes 1–2 weeks. We then build the messaging hierarchy and offer architecture and move on to the campaign idea; a typical strategy project takes 4–8 weeks.
03What are the outputs of a creative strategy engagement?
We deliver the brand narrative and messaging hierarchy, an audience and decision-context map, offer architecture, the campaign big idea, content pillars and a channel adaptation plan. These are written not for a presentation but as references that content, paid media and sales teams use in daily production, and they become the starting point for every new campaign.
04Is content strategy included?
Yes. Within creative strategy we define content pillars, topic clusters and content formats for each channel. We make sure blog, social, email and ad content all draw on the same messaging hierarchy, and where needed we also prepare an intent-based topic plan and a multilingual content structure.
Mobile Experience
01Should I choose a native app or a PWA?
There is no single right answer; we decide based on usage frequency, repeat-use needs, access to device features, maintenance cost and content structure. Frequent, repeated use and deep access to notifications or device features point to a native app; repeat visits without the need for app-store distribution point to a PWA; and for most campaign and content-led work, a well-built mobile web experience is enough.
02How long does mobile app development take?
It depends on scope, but a typical flow looks like this: the mobile flow audit and loss analysis take 1–2 weeks, flow design and prototyping 2–4 weeks, and implementation and testing a few more weeks depending on scope. Full native app development needs its own timeline of several months, depending on the number of screens and integrations. We share a firm timeline at the end of the audit.
03Isn’t responsive design enough?
Usually not. Responsive design means the screen technically adapts to a phone; mobile experience means the user can complete the task on a small screen, one-handed and with divided attention. Field order, keyboard type, CTA position, page speed and error messages can all reduce conversion even on a responsive site.
04Can my existing website be made mobile-friendly?
Yes, in most cases without rebuilding the site. We first review the mobile flows and determine whether the problem is structural, content-related or performance-driven. If the issues are concentrated in specific templates and flows, we improve those; if the platform genuinely blocks mobile performance, we recommend a redesign and explain why.
Performance Marketing
01What is performance marketing?
Performance marketing is not just ad account management, but the system where offer, campaign, landing page, and sales quality are optimised together. Ad spend is managed against measurable outcomes such as clicks, leads or sales, and budget moves to the channels that work. For a fuller definition, see performance marketing in our glossary.
02Which advertising platforms do you work with?
We work mainly on Google Ads (including search, Performance Max and YouTube) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and on remarketing networks and other paid channels when they fit the business model. We choose channels based on your business model and conversion type rather than platform fashion, and give each channel a clear role in the funnel.
03What is ROAS and how do you measure it?
ROAS (return on ad spend) is the ratio of revenue generated by advertising to the amount spent on it. We measure it with GA4, the platforms’ conversion APIs and, where possible, CRM or e-commerce data. We never treat ROAS as a success measure on its own; we read it alongside profitability, new-customer share and lead quality.
04Is a minimum budget required?
We do not set a fixed minimum, but the media budget has to meet two conditions: it must generate enough conversion data for the platforms to complete their learning period, and it must give each channel being tested a meaningful share. That is why we discuss your target acquisition cost and conversion volume in the first conversation and limit the number of channels accordingly. Media spend is separate from our management fee.
Visual Identity
01Why is visual identity important?
Visual identity matters because people often decide whether to trust a brand by the consistency they see at first contact. A brand that looks the same on its website, in ads and in decks is recognised faster and perceived as more professional. A well-built identity system also speeds up production by stopping teams from designing every piece from scratch.
02Is a logo design alone sufficient?
No. The logo is only one part of an identity; a complete visual identity system covers the colour palette, typography, iconography, visual language, social media and ad templates, a presentation template and usage guidelines. Without these, the logo gets used differently by different teams and the brand soon starts to look fragmented.
03Can you refresh my existing brand?
Yes. We first assess how strong the current identity is. Sometimes a full redesign is needed; sometimes it is better to keep the logo and strengthen typography, colour, templates and usage rules. We make the decision together, not on aesthetic preference, but in a way that protects the recognition the brand has built and its business goals.
04How does the process work?
We start with a brand audit and surface analysis, which usually takes 1–2 weeks. The first identity directions are typically presented in week 3 or 4. The chosen direction is turned into a system with a logo system, typography, colour, templates and guidelines; a typical visual identity project takes 6–12 weeks and ends with a handoff to your team.
Advanced Analytics
01What does advanced analytics provide?
Advanced analytics lets marketing, product and leadership teams make decisions from the same reliable data. With a measurement plan, a consistent event structure, GA4 and Tag Manager implementation and CRM matching, it becomes clear which channel, page and campaign actually produce sales and qualified leads, so reports lead to decisions rather than debates.
02What tools do you use?
For measurement we mainly use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and, where needed, server-side tagging, and we send data to ad platforms through conversion APIs. For reporting we use dashboard tools such as Looker Studio or custom panels, and A/B testing tools for experiments. We choose tools based on your existing set-up and budget.
03What is conversion optimisation?
Conversion rate optimisation is not just changing button colours; it is reducing friction across the user decision journey. Form behaviour, CTA order, clarity of promise and page speed are examined with data and improved by testing hypotheses. For a fuller definition, see conversion rate optimisation in our glossary.
04Can you evaluate my existing analytics infrastructure?
Yes. In a data audit we review your GA4 and Tag Manager set-up, event naming, conversion definitions, consent settings and data consistency between ad platforms and your CRM. The audit usually takes 1–3 weeks and ends with a prioritised fix plan and a measurement plan.
Event Experiences
01What is a hybrid event?
A hybrid event is an event format in which the same programme is delivered simultaneously to attendees at a physical venue and to online viewers. In a successful hybrid event, registration, access, stream quality and interaction are designed separately for each audience, while attendee data is collected in one place for post-event follow-up.
02Do you do AR/VR activations?
Yes, when they serve the purpose of the event. We design augmented and virtual reality experiences, interactive screens and digital experience areas by planning what visitors will do, how long they will stay and what data will be captured. We use technology not for show, but to move attendees to their next step.
03Do you offer event technology support?
Yes. We provide technology support covering the registration page, invitation and reminder flow, check-in, live streaming, stage screens, interaction tools such as polling and Q&A, and the transfer of attendee data to your CRM. We work with venue and technical production suppliers to bring these pieces into one flow.
04What types of events do you work on?
We work on product launches, conferences, dealer and partner meetings, trade-show participation, brand experience events and corporate meetings, with experience across physical, hybrid and digital formats. What they have in common is the expectation that the event becomes a measurable source of demand and content beyond a single day of visibility.
AI-Native System Design and Solutions
01What is AI-native system design?
AI-native system design is a design approach that treats AI not as a single feature added to an existing product later, but as the core of decisions about user experience, organisational knowledge, memory, security, integration and operations. The result is measurable, governable systems tied to daily workflows, such as RAG-based knowledge assistants and AI agents.
02Which AI models do you work with?
We work with Anthropic’s Claude, OpenAI’s GPT and Google’s Gemini models, and, where a model must run inside the organisation, with open-source models such as Llama, Mistral and Qwen. Because we keep the architecture model-agnostic, you can choose the best model for each task without being locked into one provider.
03Is an executive digital twin an assessment system?
No. A digital twin is one of several usage patterns we design when it fits the need. It works under the user’s control and aims to adapt to the way they work; it is not a scoring, performance assessment or monitoring tool. The user decides which information is used, what is remembered and who can access it.
04How do you protect sensitive data?
We design secure document upload, personal-data masking, user isolation, role-based access, least privilege, logging and data-lifecycle policies into the core of the architecture. With model providers we choose enterprise API and cloud options where submitted data is not used for model training by default, and where needed we use regional hosting or in-house models for GDPR and KVKK requirements.
05Can the system grow over time?
Yes. A modular architecture means new data sources, workflows, user roles, interfaces and AI capabilities can be added in a controlled way as needs arise. We decide on expansion based on needs proven by pilot and usage data rather than curiosity about technology, and we trial each new capability with a limited group of users first.
